 * In case you change Hosting the “SEO Juice” will remain on domain.
    When the address
   has not changed and you changed Hosting do not worry the “SEO Juice” will remain
   as it is.
 * In different situation you need to make 301 redirect to the new url, if you cant
   check that with wordpress.com forums as esmi suggested
