After further investigation…
/wp-admin/includes/screen.php is missing.
How do I get a new copy of this file, and what would cause it to be missing? Does this mean that my WP update failed or partially failed? How can I ensure that I have all required files after a screwy update?
Also, some weird problems accessing other parts of the dashboard…
