Here are the steps that worked for me: – Go to your form that you want to receive email– Click on “Emails & Actions” – “Add New” – “Type:” Email – “To:” add your email( the one you want to receive the notification) – “Email Message” INSERT ALL FIELDS * The rest I fill out the way I needed to. I just wrote that on my page so that my clients won’t get mad at me for having a blank home page. The issue is that the page is not reading that my home page is actually my front page but just a regular page and everything on the back end looks the same. I have not made any changes to the home page the past 7 days.
