 * can you provide an example of this concept. I can hide my menu with css, however
   simply adding .myfixed class to the navbar div won’t reveal the menu on scroll.

 * Don’t you load the attachment by clicking on “add media” and selecting the file?
   To reiterate, when I upload a file (new to the site) just like you did in the
   video, the plugin works like a charm.
 * However, if for some reason I need to place that same file (which is now in the
   media library) on another page, following the same procedure as before, the icon
   does not display, just the text link.

 * The process:
 * add the [dg] shortcode by typing [dg]
 * add media > select pdf file/s > insert into page
 * displays only text links.
 * What am I doing wrong?
