    I’m also having the same problem with creating and saving free shipping

 * No matter what I do, it also creates a new rule without me creating one.

 * Yes, problem is still persisting. Basically nothing is showing up.
    But we found
   another plugin that works if anyone is interested: [http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-insert-ads-within-your-post-content-in-wordpress/](http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-insert-ads-within-your-post-content-in-wordpress/)
 * This allows for both manual insertion within a file or using the plugin. Easy
   to setup and works like a charm.
