With that version not only is the short product description still minimized, but now I cannot select the radio buttons for the product categories. I can click all I want but no category is ever selected * Because of this, I have reverted to version 6.9.4. Order status changed from Pending payment to Failed._ * There’s nothing else there. There never is anything else there. The error message above came when a customer added a single item to their cart and attempted to pay for it. * I have disconnected and reconnected and did a test order. It was happening with refunds, but it was also happening any time I tried to change the status of an order. It would just time out and eventually give me a “page not found” error. * I used the [Health Check](https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/) plugin to test the site. It has a troubleshooting mode that allows you to turn all plugins off and then turn them back on one at a time – but only for _logged in administrators._ * For regular site visitors, the site appears normal. * In my case, the conflict was a plugin called Woocommerce Recommendation Engine. I turned it off and the problem went away.
