 * I am struggling to find a standard solution to my liking when i comes to email
   and pdf invoice plugins, so I cannot tell you which ones at the moment.

 * Hi George
 * I tried renaming the install folder instead of deleting it. After WP login I 
   changed the name off the install folder back to original.
 * Then I went to the plugin page in WP admin and activated the plugin. It worked
   and I now have full control.
