 * You are right, it is exactly the same as if you copy/paste the <iframe> code 
   and the plugin actually does not claim to relate to rocket science. Its primary
   value is giving an insight to WordPress users that such online chat is easily
   addable to their blogs. If you prefer, you can definitely DIY via a text block.
