 * Is this related to a problem that I’m having where if I have parent category 
   Foo with two subcategories Bar1 and Bar2, no categories get listed with the default
   index.php? Bar1 and Bar2 both have posts in them, however, Foo does not contain
   any posts and is just meant to be a container for Bar1 and Bar2.
