 * Hi, I’ve just re-installed the entire thing, and used the original account that
my WordPress.com website used to be hosted on, now it seems to be working.
 * However, when I try to use the JetPack Debug tool, I still get the error”Debug

Unknown error”. So I’m not sure if the Jetpack is really working as intended.

 * Hi, thank you for your reply. But as I said in my post earlier on
 * “ I have already tried deactivating, deleting the plugin and re-installing the
plugin. Whenever I try to do so it will take very long trying to connect to my
WordPress.com account, but works at the end.”
 * In fact I tried it twice. But the process was quite buggy, i.e. it told me “error
authorising” or something along those lines and I had to authorise twice before
   I could proceed.
 * Just to make it clear, do I have to connect to the wordpress.com account which
previously hosted my website? I had created another account due to the fact that
I was concerned that the old account was the issue.
