 * Tom,
 * I heard back from the team. The problem is that you’re using an older version
   of PHP that doesn’t support some of the great things that the WebKite plugin
   does. You can read more about this problem at:
 * [http://support.webkite.com/knowledgebase/articles/332154-why-am-i-getting-an-error-when-i-try-to-activate-t](http://support.webkite.com/knowledgebase/articles/332154-why-am-i-getting-an-error-when-i-try-to-activate-t)
 * Best of luck!

 * Tom,
 * Whoops! That shouldn’t happen!
 * It sounds like one of the files that the plugin requires to function is missing.
   Without a bit more context it’s hard to know why that’s happening, but I’d recommend
   that you try going to the plugins page, deactivating the WebKite plugin, uninstalling
   it, and then installing it again. When you do this, the re-installed plugin should
   still be able to find your spreadsheets so you shouldn’t lose any work you’ve
   done.
 * If this doesn’t fix the problem, please e-mail me at eric [at] webkite [dot]
   com and I’ll work with you to diagnose the problem or put you in touch with the
   technical team.
 * Thank you for using WebKite for WordPress!
