 * FIXED IT! Deleted the Log and it started working.

 * I tried that but still nothing. I’m not sure I did it right, I simply entered
   the URL of page into the Success Message text box. I’ve also tried deleting and
   reinstalling the plugin and I’m still getting the same result. The Submit button
   works, the registration goes through, but there’s no feedback to the registrant
   that they’re registration was successful and it freaks some of them out.
