Now i tried to click the button and i have this message : “Oh No, something’s wrong. Could not authenticate you. You may have entered in the Access information incorrectly please re-enter and try again.”Thank you for your quickly answer!

I have same issue but dont have select “Yes” for the Video Player Option.

Topic solved, I looked for the encoding side and that’s it: do not use Excel to generate the csv but rather Google Sheet sui works perfectly
