I upgrade to Photo Gallery 1.5.66 and my photo gallery are not viewable or accessible. Prior to upgrading to 1.5.66 I had installed the health check plugin. I ran the incompatibility check. * Now it says here that photo Gallery 1.5.66 highest supported PHP is 7.2. The problem is no longer present. I created a new gallery page to test and I had the same issue where nothing would appear just a spinning curser. I like the recreated page better do I set the original page in draft mode and published the new page. I temporally resolved the issue by rolling back the plugin from 1.5.66 to 1.5.65.
