They function the same way as an online order, it is just that I entry it in the backend. The phone order will get stored with all my other WooCommerce orders. I use a plugin that I fill in the order for a customer who calls in. Most of the time it will be placed in draft mode until I get the final approval from the customer. Most of our orders are custom orders this is why we need an approval from the customer.I had to deactivate the ShopMagic plugin because I would randomly loose a phone order invoice number from the system, so then I had to create it again. I do print out the phone order as soon as I create this is how I can recreate. We always keep a paper invoice for phone orders.I do use the ShopMagic plugin for the Abandoned Cart feature and I sent up Cancel Order Email Message since WooCommerce doesn't send it to the customer.WordPress Environment
