The link was helpful. My corporate email is with Zoho; the domain with WhoGoHost.com and the WP host is Arvixe. The NS for the domain was directed to arvixeshare.com hence the communication with dallas128.arvixeshare.com; Arvixe now has to configure the MX records for the domain.
