In reply to: [RVM - Responsive Vector Maps] what’s going on?Hi there,
RVM was not downloadable for a while due to security issues found by WordPress team.
We have worked hard to solve them and improve the plugin.
You can upgrade t latest version securely. Thanks for your feedback.
Sincerely,
EnricoHello,
RVM generate svg map starting from a json file ( plus other php files).
Please download the free SX-70 map you can find on the website to check how the files are structured (install it as a normal plugin) and use this online converter to turn your svg into a json file suitable for RVM.
Sincerely,
RVM teamForum: Plugins
In reply to: [RVM - Responsive Vector Maps] Broken map after update plugin 6.5.7Thanks Leonardo for your inputs,
I’ve already contacted you via email and I can even confirm here that issues with html in the popup has been fixed!
Just upgrade to latest version (6.5.8) in order to have your html popup back.
Actually there are some html allowed that can be used securely in Subdivions and Markers popup.Sincerely,
RVM teamForum: Plugins
In reply to: [RVM - Responsive Vector Maps] Default Card stackingHello,
default card should load covering entirely the map.
This should prevent the opening of a new card if the previous has not be closed.
Could you please send us a link where we could check your problem?
ThanksForum: Reviews

In reply to: [RVM - Responsive Vector Maps] Markers no longer clickableHi Nilla,
I did some tests but I could not reproduce that.
Can you recall if you may have updated/installed other plugins? Thanks as always for your precious feedback.
Sincerely,
EnricoForum: Plugins
In reply to: [RVM - Responsive Vector Maps] Markers no longer clickableDear Nilla, I’m fine too thanks for asking!
I see the sam eof you: I was just referring to a text outside the map not the one on the markers 🙂
That’s was because the background image of your website was not loaded yet. I then checked again and the black text was displaying over a white image so everything is fine, sorry for confusion.
I suggest you to recreate the markers and soon after make a backup with the Export functionality!
I’ll write you in case I find anything on my side.

In reply to: [RVM - Responsive Vector Maps] Markers no longer clickableDear Nilla,
nice to hear back form you and sorry for the issue.
I hope you’re fine.
You’re right: checking your page through the console markers url have empty values.RVM update do not clear the markers nro other values in the database but the version of the plugin itself (in fact subdivisions settings are still there). I’ll run another bunch of test and I’ll let you know in case.
For the sake of your settings I would definitely backup markers’ and subdivisions’ settings using the “Export” feature and keep it.Thanks as always!
P.S.: I noticed on the page you’ve sent there is black text on black background making it almost invisible 😉Dear Julie,
thanks for using RVM and for contacting me.
What you’re reporting is weird, as RVM javascript loads only on the post/page where the shortcode is.Different is if you’re using a RVM map inside a widget are / sidebar : It will be probably ran on all website pages unless sidebar / widgets area are explicitly excluded on certain pages.
Said that I have checked the page you’ve submitted, but I cannot see the map: I just can see the shortcode but probably you have deactivated RVM…
Just let me know and give some more inputs on how you’re using the plugin and/or implement the map within your Dashboard. Thanks again and all the best.
