 * Ah, I checked the Host Compatibility list before upgrading and all was good then.
   Now, I checked it again and “Lycos Europe” has been added.
 * Resolved, for now. (I sure hope those bleeps get it together! :P)

 * Is it just me or can’t I upgrade?
 * “Parse error: parse error, unexpected $, expecting ‘]’ in /data/members/paid/

 * Edit: after a long fight, fixed it.. But says I don’t need to upgrade.. Okay..

 * I solved the whole p tag thing, but now I want the `<!--more-->` tags solved
   too. Does anybody know a solution for that problem?! I don’t want p tags around
   those.

 * I actually *didn’t* see all the HTML tags (2.0 and before) when I was editing
   in visual editor and switched to code editor. That’s why I don’t use visual editor
   any more.

 * Thnx for the comment-line-66-tip! Works great.. But only the div tag thing is
   fixed, is there some other line to comment (or delete) for the p tags around
   the `<!--more-->`?
 * [@ccf](https://wordpress.org/support/users/ccf/): maybe download wordpress.zip
   again, delete (or comment) line 66 in formatting.php that is inside that wordpress
   folder, than upload it to your blog. Maybe you accidently deleted something else.

 * And what if I don’t want the whole p tag? This closes the useless p tag, but
   it’s still useless.

 * I’m no expert, but isn’t this an easy fix? Isn’t there not just some syntax in
   one of the php files that needs to be fixed (or deleted)?

 * Isn’t there a specific instruction about downgrading in the codex?
 * edit: can’t find it, must have made that up than :S

 * It’s really weird 🙂 I’m waiting a week for a fix to come along, and then I’m
   switching back to 2.0.7
 * It is a shame, ’cause 2.1 is so much better for me in all the other areas! (I
   had a huge problem with post.php and that is all fixed now.)
 * xenogere: so, it’s an all-round problem than.

 * Whow, glad I’m not the only one who has this (but sorry that it even exists).
 * There isn’t any way to bypass this whole problem temp, before another release
   comes out?

 * Yes, and the source code of the posts doesn’t have the `<p>` after my `<div>`‘
   s, that’s what so weird. It must be something inside the WordPress source code?
