In reply to: [Accept Stripe Payments] Pay button CSSNo because there are no “Products”. It is just a general Payment button and the end user puts in the amount they are paying.

In reply to: [Seriously Simple Podcasting] MP4 not workingHi – are you able to please remove my client’s URL from your last comment or change their domain to website.com in the comment? I don’t want people to go to the video file that link redirects to. Thank you.

In reply to: [Seriously Simple Podcasting] MP4 not workingUgh! Please ignore the previous message. My client’s site recently was moved to WPEngine for hosting and they DO utilize NGINX. It’s been fixed by adding the rule specified in the troubleshooting link you sent.
Thank you for the prompt responses.

In reply to: [Seriously Simple Podcasting] MP4 not workingI am not using a caching plugin on my site, so that doesn’t apply.
Not a NGINX server.
Not a Bluehost host.
I am using a file link from the WordPress Media Library… but it doesn’t find the MP4 file specified. It looks for the page URL, with the link after it.
For example, I select “video” for the type of podcast and the link I put in the “Episode File” is like this: https://website.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/02/video.mp4
Then, I go to the podcast episode and click play on the video and inside the player I get this message:
Media error: Format(s) not supported or source(s) not found
Download File: https://website.com/podcast-player/1795/podcast-episode-one.mp4?_=1Is there a certain server setting that needs enabled or something for this to be fixed?
Thanks!
Are there still support responses on this forum? Thanks.
Anyone?
Thanks. I have purchased and installed the PRO plugin.
Just wanted to check in here to see if anyone has any sort of direction on this? My client needs to be able to use their member portal. Thanks!
