This issue often happens when you have have no more credits and cannot pull anymore from the API. Please rate. * As far as the support issue at hand, that would be a theme issue. Your theme has control over when to process shortcodes or not. You’d have to find in your template where the issue is, and surround the output with [https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/do_shortcode/](https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/do_shortcode/) if you want to show the actual video. You can also try another browser to see if it works.
