You’re using the default grid gallery option. On top is the player and below are thumbnails, so the current video isn’t really showing twice. The thumbnail is there because your visitors may want to get back to that first video sometime later after they’ve watched one of the others. Without that thumbnail, there would be no way to find that video again. Right now the easiest solution is to create a separate YouTube channel for the departments.
