That seems to align with the March 30 date some of you started having the issue, given 6.2 was launched March 29. You can upload a custom thumbnail that doesn’t have the black bars though. Please try deactivating all plugins, then active only Embed Plus YouTube WordPress. What happens when our plugin is the only one active? Does your admin dashboard work? 2. After step 1 above, gradually activate each of your other plugins one at a time, and test your admin each time. Once the issue happens again, that will pinpoint exactly which other plugin is creating the conflict. 3. What hosting company are you using? We can’t replicate this.
