And let’s see… I do (always did) use Akismet which works fenomenal, never had any spam whatsoever except for the time when I had the contact form 7. Hartamon, yes I now use the Zero Spam plugin and I’m very happy with it. I had captcha before which was fine too but I didn’t like the way it looked. Zero Spam is great indeed. The honeypot seems to be for contact form 7 which I am afraid to try again (although I would like to). Gomez became a member few minutes after I posted the review and only to tell me that is not affiliated with the plugin and you are blaming me that I blame CF7 for my problems! Calm down guys, I think Im entitled to post a review and say exactly what kind of experience I had. I asked the developer who told me to delete the records and this will help with site speed (that’s why I wanted to delete it). I followed his advice but my site was still slow so I had no choice but redo all the freaking links one by one. It took me like 2 days but I did it thanks God and I got rid of pretty link. After that my website went to under 2 sec loading time. Before deleting the pretty link plugin the site speed was almost 6 sec! Anyway I hope you’ll find a better way because what I did was a pain.
