 * After some hours of tries I figured out that the problem was Memcached.
 * Balically with Memcached enabled the website doesn’t send data to stripe at all(
   I tried with a wrong credit card number and It still gave me success).
 * If it can be useful to someone else, my website is hosted on a siteground hosting
   and the Memcached is managed through the SG Optimizer plugin.
 * Even if it will be nice to use Memcached and Stripe together, I’m marking this
   solved for now

 * Non sono state modificate le impostazioni sul formato del numero, ne su fattura
   che su ricevuta (sono vuote)

 * You’re right,
 * I’m using the plugin “WooCommerce PDF Invoices Italian Add-on” that adds the 
   receipt management to this plugin. Sorry for not having mentioned before, i forgot
   about it.
    Anyway, this is where i try to edit manually (inside woocommerce order
   page) [https://ibb.co/yXbGQ3w](https://ibb.co/yXbGQ3w), and this is the correct
   number i see inside document [https://ibb.co/pPFFrXm](https://ibb.co/pPFFrXm).
   The language is italian, so please note the “Numero ricevuta” stands for “Receipt
   number”.
