 * I finally deleted the plugin and reinstalled it because there were some things
   that were conflicting. With that it corrected the problems. I had to do the job
   of the league again but in my case it was not much work

 * I had the same problem and I solved it by updating the php version as [@boormaster](https://wordpress.org/support/users/boormaster/)
   said.
    I could not upgrade to version 7 because the most I could was the 5.6.31.
   With that also left the error.
