 * Hi,
 * The theme is the one I mentioned above called Snaps which is active. This is 
   an example from their site:

 * It’s the OS of the server, no?

 * Okay one of two things appear to have fixed this issue.
 * Firstly I changed my server OS from Windows 2008 to Apache 2.2. This seemed to
   get me a stage further where my database could be found but not accessed.
 * The next stage was a simple typo and I now have WordPress running.
 * It appears that WordPress does not like Windows 2008 server.
