 * This just happened to me as well. And no – you can’t view the public site. That
   was the first thing that told me something was wrong. I had gone to myPHPAdmin
   and logged into the database – but then logged out without doing anything. I 
   can only assume that this is when something went wrong. Is there a switch or 
   toggle to re-open the database after having logged in? I just went back to myPHPAdmin
   and logged back in and it looks fine in there (as far as I can tell). Just can’t
   get to my site.
