 * Please can you check that you sent reply to correct address? (same as I am registered
   here with wp)
 * I got an auto-acknowledgement (from your gmail address I submitted query to) 
   at 23:08 last night but no message since then (i.e. not before or since you replied
   here — gave some time i.e 7 hours, since the message — above — was sent here 
   around 13.40 my time )

 * Any chance of a reply in this issue?
    I’m currently suggesting this plugin (pro
   version) to a client but won’t do this if support is not good/too slow. Hence:
   thanks for soonest information about why the alleged new feature: ‘Distance Between
   Slide’ setting, does not work? (I need it to work on the pro version or will 
   seek another plugin solution.)

 * have just had similar experience with WF disappearing from client site BUT WF
   was not set to ‘auto update’ so now wondering what happened if this is the case?
   I shall still follow the recommendation above and can say that experience with
   hosting co has been that several sites have been hacked so wondering about how
   secure they are?
