 * I have deleted the original plugin file via Cpanel and then uploaded the swifty
   site zip file and unzipped directly.
 * It’s now installed correctly so I assume that the issue is something to do with
   max upload file size on my server, rather than an issue with the plugin.
 * Will report back with progress, as I have lots of domains and this looks very
   useful!

 * Hi,
 * I just tried to install Swiftysite and after uploading through the WP plugin
   installer, got this message:”The plugin does not have a valid header.”
 * Thanks

 * Quick update. I tried disabling ALL other plugins on one of the sites and am
   still getting the same problem.
 * The site hangs completely when WP Fastest Cache is opened.

 * My experience is exactly the opposite of yours Jack. I had Bullet Proof installed
   on a number of sites, but the way it handles and places .htaccess files everywhere,
   I found myself locked out of my sites on a very regular basis. That was a paid
   version, not a free version.
 * I discovered GotMLS after looking for something better. It’s now installed on
   every one of my sites and so far, I haven’t suffered the consequences of further
   malware attacks.
 * Prior to installing, I was using Wordfence (and still do), but it’s not great
   with malware. I still got hacked via malicious code.
 * The free version fixed my first site and I was extremely relieved and grateful,
   so I donated a couple of times.
 * I don’t understand why anybody would only rely on free plugins to secure their
   site. To be perfectly frank, it was a poorly maintained plugin that caused my
   security breach in the first place.

 * This type of plugin does offer a little protection from those less educated people
   who come to your site and steal original content or images yiu’ve paid for.
 * I pay for all of my images from the various stock image sites and to have people
   come along and steal them is annoying.
 * Of course, a determined image or content thief can get past most scripts.
 * I disabled the plugin after seeing a “theme by Thailand…” in the footer. I could
   have removed it by changing the footer.php in the theme, but in the end, I couldn’t
   be bothered with using the plugin.

 * Bukajec,
 * Sadly, I haven’t figured it out.
 * I haven’t done anything with the site at all, but I have a paid plugin called
   Wishlistmember which could probably (with a little help) be made to facilitate
   this.
 * There is another plugin called wp property which looks like it can do the trick,
   but will need some of the paid options to make it work – it’s real esatate, but
   all you have to do is change the field names and suddenly it’s a job board –
   or a car sales board or anything else!
 * If developers actually replied on these threads or to their emails, they might
   get interest in their paid offerings.

 * Thanks Andrew. I did see references to sitemap in the plugin directories.
 * I’m using a CDN of my own for speed purposes.

 * I had this question too, as I wanted to send clients direct to private pages
   on my site.
 * After setting up a page as private and thenchecing my navigation, the page didn’t
   show up on the navigation – which is what I hoped.
 * However, I now discover that “Private” is only viewable to site admins, so my
   clients can’t actually see the content I wanted them to. They get an error 404
   instead.
 * My workaround was to install a membership plugin called wishlist that allows
   me to create different members and assign content for them. Wasn’t cheap, but
   sometimes, solutions cost money.
 * Have to support the community!
