   we have more than one person that manage the wordpress on our site, but appear
   that no one had installed any cache plugins.
 * I did switch to another url shortener, the same thing happens.
 * Only works when using the wordpress shortener. I think that I’ll keep the wordpress
   shortener for now, but I’ll contact you via your website.

 * We are not using “W3 Total Cache”.
 * What you mean by “manually clear your cache”? You are talking about the browser
   cache?
