 * Thank you for the answer. I think that part is clear, as I mentioned in my message
   above, none of the formats that you provided seems to work so I’m looking for
   a specific example that you know works so I can use. I tried changing the format
   of the CSV to use time and a few of the other different options that match visually
   with your settings for upload but they don’t work either so I’m not sure if there
   is a bug with it or what the problem with the format can actually be. Is it possible
   for you to provide an example that I can use inside Excel to export the CSV that
   I can use?

 * For the settings I’m only choosing the file, using detect automatically for the
   delimiter and playing around with the different date formats because it doesn’t
   work with any of them.
