 * One of my co-workers installed Picasa Albuns plugin. I deactivated it, and everything
   went back to normal.

 * my answers:
    1. i tried to upload it using Safari, Firefox 5 and Chrome (on mac).
   2. yes, I uploaded around 20 .csv files since yesterday (the last one an hour
   before my unsuccessfully tries). 3. (neither import or export works) I get the
   screen with the start button (meaning the file was uploaded correctly), I click
   on start button but, anything happens. Firefox web developer toolbar returns 
   the following error: Error: $ is not a function Source File: [http://moveisconvida.com.br/2011/wp-admin/admin.php?page=topquark&noheader=true&package=ImportExport&toppage=import&p=poMMo](http://moveisconvida.com.br/2011/wp-admin/admin.php?page=topquark&noheader=true&package=ImportExport&toppage=import&p=poMMo)
