I attempted both things and was unsuccessful. The first thing I did was create a text widget and put the of the image from my library in the text space. Nothing. blank. and a white box. * Next I went to the site alchymyth said to go to to get an image widget. It asked me to download it. UGh. what am I to do with it on my computer? That doesn’t make sense. So I went to my plugins and selected the only option “Author Image( s).” In the dialog box, there was no place to put a picture. It was merely asking me what I wanted in case no picture appeared on my site. I am even more confused now. Why would it be an image widget and not allow one to put an image in the dialog box? But the image is mine. it’s on my computer not at a url. do I upload it into my gallery? How does it know which image to put there with that html? There is no “add image” capability in the widget editor. I just realized I have a Home menu. I also have menus with the names of all my pages. I think I may have gotten confused early on. This is where that is: [http://editorialwizard.com/wordpress/wp-admin/nav-menus.php](http://editorialwizard.com/wordpress/wp-admin/nav-menus.php) * I couldn’t see the menus on the navigation bar so I put the pages on the home menu. I don’t think that is exactly what I want. Maybe this is what I want: Under expertise menu, I put Expertise/services page, etc. Do you think? Thank you for your response.
