 * This was the response from my hosting provider:
 * I’ve been reviewing the error messages in the server logs and trying to see if
there is anything we can do. From what I can see, the issue with the plug-in
seems to be that an error is occurring and the code doesn’t “trap” the error
to prevent crashing. Instead, it assumes that everything will work perfectly
in setting a specific variable and when that’s not true it crashes. I’m adept
enough to correct the problem but you might want to bring the following error
to the attention of the plugin developers for support. I should warn you, what
they reply with may be over your head and mine as well. I’m not that good with
   PHP.
 * (Same error code as posted previously)
 * I don’t know how much help this will be but hopefully the developer will recognize
that and update to their code might be in order.

 * Adding the ‘s’ to ‘siteurl’ and ‘home’? That is all? Shouldn’t you have to search
and replace all ‘http’ to ‘https’ in the php files? I’m a little hesitant to
take the jump without more information.

 * It was not yours that broke, it was ‘by others’. Yours is the one that worked!

 * So, turning off the Mailpoet cron worked. Before we went to multisite it wasn’t
   a problem. Just FYI

 * Ok, started up again, I noticed that Mailpoet upgraded about 2 weeks ago and
the emails started coming in, then Modern Tribe upgraded their calendar and it
stopped, because of a different issue I stepped back on the the Event Calendar
to a previous version and they started again.
 * I have turned off Mailpoet’s internal cron to see if that helps…

 * It appears as a post on the parent and child, but whichever was the originating
site has the edit control and will update both posts. Comes up with URLs, catagories,
tags, the whole ball of wax. I have only been using it a couple of weeks, but
no errors so far and it is saving me lots of time.

 * We also run 4.5.2 and the MH Magazine theme, the calendar still works, just half
a screen of ugly at the top.
