 * I see this problem with custom cropping of thumbnails has been a problem for 
   years. Is there a solution yet for 2014? I refuse to launch my website until 
   I can make nice thumbnails. It’s important. Heads are cut off of my paintings
   in the thumb nails. It’s ugly. Help. Why does the simple crop save not work? 
   Help again. I’m getting desperate. It looks like it’s saved but then is not.
