The problem stemmed from the hosting company. It got fixed after a server reboot. Read about something about WP Fastest Cache that I have to exclude pages with captcha from caching. I just had a quiz via code (not via plug in) which I removed. (the original form had the first "SEND" code. when create a new form the second send code is created by deafault. None of them work though)! Solved it! I do not have a screenshot because I am trying to figure this out! I just would like to place the logo on the top left corner of the site above the header with pictures and next to the menu button. Maybe if the header can move a bit to the bottom so that the logo can me 300px x 300px * Is this possible?
