 * Hi there,
 * Yes I have reached out to your support and your support told me to ask Cloudways
   to whitelist JSON URL.
 * Cloudways told me to access .htaccess and do it myself. To be honest, I don’t
   understand what they’re talking about and have no idea what to do with the .htaccess.
   They don’t provide step by step guide.
 * So the issue has not been solved right now. Currently, I deactivated Judge.me
   plugin on my site until you guys respond.
