 * Hi,
 * Sadly, no. But, I believe it had something to do with the plugin’s PHP accessing
   other directories on the server — in particular, where the CAPTCHA images are
   stored.
 * However, I switched to using ‘reCaptcha’ in the settings…
    ([See Screen Shot](http://home.cogeco.ca/~mindflaretech/reCAPTCHA.jpg))
 * …and this worked, as it pulls the reCAPTCHA images from an external server.
 * Hope this helps.

 * Hi mbrsolution,
 * Thanks for you reply. We have rendered these images (all 740+ of them ) before
   with no problem – render times take about 7-8 min. We have tried rendering with
   Chrome and IE10.
 * However, now upon further review we seem to have a PHP error out of the blue.
   See screen shot…
    [](http://goo.gl/3Fxebc)
 * Not sure what has caused this. Does anyone have any experience with this error
   with CataBlog?

 * Hello David,
 * Yes, it miraculously resolved itself once the site went live. During development,
   the site was being accessed via [http://hosting-server-url/~acctname](http://hosting-server-url/~acctname),
   and we suspect this URL formatting (perhaps the tilde) was causing the problem.
 * As well, we renamed the Page titled “Navayan Subscribe OptIn” to “Subscribe”
   so visitors are not confused when subscribing.
 * I hope this helps.
 * Regards,
    Mark eCalm Media Inc.
