 * Wasn’t going to come back as I figured it wasn’t worth the argument with the
developer. I have 25 years in IT, have used WordPress since version 3. something,
so I know how to debug and so forth.
 * First, make sure your client isn’t being blocked on the server side. My hosting
has mod security, and because of this issue with the reloads the hosting detected
it as a security issue and blocked the IP. Looking at your plugins, besides ASE,
not a single one of those are the same as me, and after my testing, it isn’t
another plugin doing it. I am also using the Blocksy Pro theme.
 * I got as far as finding out that there is supposed to be some script before the
reload that determines showing the pinkish error page, but when I had the issue,
it was not in the source. Only the window.reload script was there, which of course
causes the constant reloading. Just haven’t worked out why the rest of the script
wasn’t there. I believe that some very specific situation happened that caused
the page to load without the rest of the scripts for the error page, and then
browser cache takes over for a moment, ASE blocks the IP, then hosting blocks
it and so forth. Snowball effect.
 * i solved mine by disabling the blocking in ASE, had my hosting techs constantly
removing my blocked IP on the hosting, then me clearing CloudFlare cache and
browser cache a few times and then I managed to get the login page to load again.
I then did a successful login, and so far have been able to turn ASE blocking
back on with no problems since. But after now seeing others having and issue,
I am no longer confident mine will stay working now.

 * That is the code.
How does that NOT continuously reload the page? There is no
conditions to stop the reload. If I go to a page with that code in it its going
to reload the page, wheich then sees that code again, and reloads the page, over
and over and over.Exactly what it was doing.

 * First, I dont like being called a lying. Its also not good for business.
   With
YOUR plugin turned on, there was a window.location.reload() script immediately
after the title.I have NO other plugins that touch the homepage. After ONLY turning
of Limit Logins. the Script was there again. I even replicated to make sure. The
IP used was blocked by Limit Logins, and when turned on, I got the constant reloading
the Login page. After turning it OFF, I got the actual login page to load.

 * In terms of the licensing and Multisite, I found this page…
   [https://publishpress.com/knowledge-base/license-keys-and-wordpress-multisite/](https://publishpress.com/knowledge-base/license-keys-and-wordpress-multisite/)(
Relevant pre Purchase information hidden in documentation)Problem is, is that
its not crystal clear.I have 1 Multisite install, with 3 subsites.1. Primary:
   tyneesha.com2. resume.tyneesha.com3. neesh.photographySo I have main site, then
a subsite as a subdomain and another subsite with its own seperate domain. You
say in the documentation that the license is per plugin folder. Which I have
only 1 of course. But you imply that I activate the plugin network wide. Only
thing is, I dont need the plugins under resume.tyneesha.com.So am I able to activate
on tyneesha.com and register there, then activate and use also under neesh.photography?
   eaving resume.tyneesha.com without the plugins?

 * Never had the pro version and was always kept up to date.
   Have ALWAYS used the
shortcodes on the site, only switching because of making our process of posting
more automated.Feeling very dupped at the moment, and we were considering buying
3 of your other plugins but am very reluctant to right now.Very annoyed about
having to fork out more money, ONLY because of rebuilding a website. Not being
informed clearly about the change, and having the information that shortcodes
are now a paid feature being hidden within documentation, is very deceiving.I
am now going to go to my client and basically sound like a scammer, asking for
more money for something they already had. I know they will not be happy about
being backed into a corner over this. Also (and this goes for most paid plugins),
when you have pricing on your website stating 1 or 3 or unlimited sites, please
be crystal clear. I have 1 site. A WordPress Multisite. I then run 3 domains
under that. So is the license per domain or per WordPress install?

 * Since when???
I have been using the shortcodes on tyneesha.com for many years.
And use the shortcodes there. At the moment, as you can tell by the URL, we are
rebuilding on a staging site and now it doesn’t work? Here is that same post on
the old site, USING SHORTCODES for all Series info placement:[https://tyneesha.com/blog/all/music/critiquing-albums-like-i-could-make-anything-better-positive-spin-by-gretta-ray/](https://tyneesha.com/blog/all/music/critiquing-albums-like-i-could-make-anything-better-positive-spin-by-gretta-ray/)
We were considering paying for it as we also were looking at a few other PublishPress
plugins we like, but I am now not to sure. The fact this information is hidden
within the documentation indicates a bit of sneakiness and I really dont like
it when business’s are not upfront, and especially hate it when business screw
around with their long time customers.

 * Not sure I even care anymore.
I have been doing some optimizing on my site speed,
and found that with the Instagram block I get around 3.5-4s page load. If I just
remove the Instagram block, I get 1.5-2s loads.I understand that it would be
communicating with Instagram, but the plugins I have used in the past for similar
blocks, I have had options to mitigate the loading, like caching and even a setting
to say how often it will check Instagram (like every 6 hours).Yours has not options
at all for me to try to tweak a balance of updating the Instagram feed, and load
times. These tests are on a 100% clean site. I have Blocksy, Spectra and thats
about it. I am working on content at this point and not started on the plugins
   I will need.

 * First, You need to clarify. I pointed out 2 problems.
   Secondly, your support
team took 3-4 attempts to actually follow my precise instruction and can replicate
the issue. As stated, Instagram block, as a carousel in a widget area. Do not
deviate from those instructions as all other variations work fine.Ticket number
   is #52097

 * i ding understand how you cannot see the problems I reported. These are happening
in a brand new clean WordPress install with only Blocksy theme.
 * i even shared the url. If this the response I get, I suppose no point in offering
this for my clients then. I can give my clients broken plugins that need manual
   corrections for basic issues.

 * Page Error is:
 * There has been a critical error on this website.
    Learn more about troubleshooting
   WordPress.
 * Happens on ANY page that has a podcast attached, we use the HTML5 Player With
   Album Art.
 * Adn we have Posts->add New where we have a written post, with then an embedded
player of the matching podcast. Been like this for nearly 2 years.
 * I enabled debugging and noticed errors between Yoast and SSP. Yoast hadn’t been
updated for nearly a month, SSP was recently updated and specifically mentioned
changes in regards to Yoast compatibility. The previous version of SSP works
   perfectly.
 * At this point, we preferred to have working Podcasts, so have disabled the Yoast
Plugin to get things working. Disabling either SSP or Yoast fixes the problem.

 * Wordpress 5.9 (thought I noticed the issue before I updated)
    SSP 2.10.0
 * Also not too sure how long the problem has been there, we were only running a
single series of podcasts, and now we are needing to create a new series, so
now I have noticed the issue while trying to set it up.
