 * Thanks, Mike. Looks like that’s the cause. Is there no way to enable them to 
   a group or to all signed in users?

 * Jason, I am having the same problem even after adding the line. Are there any
   other possible causes?

 * Have you found a solution for this? It may simply be the font that Hover is using
   if it does not have support for the glyphs that you are trying to display. If
   the backend saves the special characters fine but frontend cannot display them,
   font should be the first thing to check. From the frontend, do you see the special
   characters as question marks, boxes or garbage characters?
