 * Hi, I just installed wp e-commerce, However, how do I set up the “my account”
   pages so the user can register to website and buy as a member, edit their profile,
   track their order, etc? I need a link to a tutorial to see how to set up this
   pages or enable them so i can see them on my dashboard as pages and drag them
   to the menu, thank you!
