It’s for the WooCommerce registration page only, and so far testing on mobile shows zero issues. It’s not an ideal fix, as the turnstile challenge is pig ugly, but it has stopped the spam registrations from appearing. What we discovered was each order did not have a **charge_id** in the database table **wp_wc_orders**. * We were actually trying to partially refund one of the orders, and the connection with Stripe failed. The order notes also state “Order status changed from Pending payment to Processing.” yet, the order status remains on“ Pending Payment” until we manually change the status. * The order confirmation email is also triggered correctly at the point the order notes are added automatically, by WooCommerce/Stripe webhook/api. This is the case for all 11 orders that have done this. * I’m seeing a handful of similar posts on this topic. Been going on for about a month now. Really random. * All API calls are working, status codes from Stripe are 200.
