Unfortunately, the helper plugin did not fix the issue. No other plugins are installed. WordPress Core has an inline comment at line 3030 of wp-includes/ theme.php. When minified, any HTML after this comment is treated like a comment. It appears that parameters are being stripped from the destination URL when added.
