Unfortunately, this plugin doesn’t support automatically switching out photos on daily basis. This issue only applies on admin pages when the PageLines plugin is present, due to a work-around for a styling conflict. While it doesn’t affect many users, it’s obviously a noteworthy issue for those it does affect, such as you! We’ve just released a patch (no version update) to the plugin to correct the issue.
