 * I have the exact same question. Roland, do you have any examples of how such 
   custom code for selecting “Other” / write-in values would roughly look like?

   us know when you think you solved it. I do love Elementor and the extra plugins
   like EAfE, but of course it is frustrating when an update destroys a business
   website partially. This 3.5.1 bug has cost me many late evening hours of work,
   and I had to go back to an older back-up, which ment loosing some changes, twice
   actually.

 * My guess: you are using Essential Addons for Elementor and you upgraded to 3.5.1?
   If so, go back to 3.4.0. That solved my problem.

   ment that the issue was solved by going back to 3.4.0, an older version of the
   plugin. That is exactly what I did. The site works correct, but of course that
   is not a real solution to the problem. A bit later our provider settings started
   an automatic update of the EAfE plugin, which caused the same problem again, 
   so I had to re-install the old back-up and turn off the automatic updates, to
   prevent our site getting damaged again. Not ideal. I hope that a REAL solution
   will be found in a new update.

 * I had the exact similar lay-out problems that _surewisemike_ described. It happened**
   only in Posts** (not in Pages), after updating this Essential Addons for Elementor
   to 3.5.1. Re-installing a back-up solved it, then installing 3.5.1 caused it 
   again, so this plugin is definitely causing the problem.
    I have no time for 
   further analysis, just confirming here that more users have this issue. I will
   wait with updating until I read that this problem is solved.
