Because they let you manage everything on your own, there is very little support for any issues you might have. This is usually called “public_html” in the file manager. So instead of uploading the wordpress folder itself, just empty the contents directly into the root folder. * Hope it helps! * EDIT: You can also do a quick fix by following the steps in this article.
