 * Good call! I disabled a couple functions in the functions.php file and the taxes
   started working again. I’ll remember this next time.

 * Same issue here. In my case, in the tax settings I set to Minnesota, after clicking
   save *all* U.S. states are added. Using an older version of jigoshop_tax.class.
   php fixes the issue.
