 * Hi Amanda, I think you are right about the plug in. I had a scheduling plug in
activated and it seems that is the problem. I also disabled a ‘add contact fields’
plug in. Once i took the scheduling plug AND the add contact fields plug in everything
started working. I will check in with the scheduling plug in and see if they
have a workaround. Thank you to everyone for your help.

 * So lets presume Im still allowed to enter my own products as well as printul.
i have a written report that I sell on my store. Its virtual because i send it
via email after someone has paid. I also have online therapy sessions that are
available for purchase. They dont have shipping. When i made the products I stated
this in the product prefs. i go all the way through the process and then right
at the end when i press ‘buy’ it says require billing address upon check out.
I cant find a reason why it wouldnt check out. I have actually filled out all
the addresses. I have filled out all the fields. perhaps not selecting ‘virtual
product’ would include the billing address? I have no idea. i just wondered if
you had come across this before

 * Hi Senff, thank you for responding. Its pretty difficult to explain because of
the printful shop. First of all I would like to know whether I can actually sell
things alongside my printful shop. eg. when I make a t shirt i actually design
it on the printful store that is integrated with my woocommerce. I create the
product ad it automatically sends it to my woocommerce store. Does this restrict
me to only selling products via printful? or can I still add them from the ‘new
products’ in the wordpress dashboard? Before i had printful i simply added ‘new
product’ and filled all the details and product jpgs via wordpress. Does havig
a printful shop stop me from doing this and force me to use printful only? thats
   the first question.
