 * So you are referring to another plugin, but you open the issue in this one.
 * you can open the issue here: [https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/pro-mail-smtp/](https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/pro-mail-smtp/)

 * Hi [@caterinacaleffi](https://wordpress.org/support/users/caterinacaleffi/),

   thank you for the detailed report, we are really sorry for the delay but we didn’t
   get any notification about this issue, the comparison across plugins made the
   issue easy to pinpoint.
 * The cause: when sending via the turboSMTP API, the plugin was not applying the
   core `wp_mail` filters (`wp_mail_content_type`, `wp_mail_charset`, `wp_mail_from`,`
   wp_mail_from_name`). WP HTML Mail relies on the `wp_mail_content_type` filter
   to switch core WordPress emails (password reset, new user, …) to `text/html`,
   which is why those arrived as plain text while WooCommerce emails — which set
   their own headers explicitly — looked fine.
 * This is fixed in **version 4.9.8**, released today: the API send path now applies
   all the core `wp_mail` filters, matching the behavior of `wp_mail()` itself.
   Please update to 4.9.8 and let us know if the core emails now render correctly
   on your site.

 * Hi [@jackheape](https://wordpress.org/support/users/jackheape/),
 * thank you for the feedback, and apologies for the trouble this caused you.
 * You found a real bug: when sending through the turboSMTP API, the plugin did
   not preserve the Reply-To header set by form plugins, so replies ended up going
   to the site admin address instead of the form submitter. This has been fixed
   in **version 4.9.8**, released today: the Reply-To header passed to `wp_mail()`
   is now forwarded to the API exactly as provided.
 * If you’re willing to give the plugin another chance, please update to 4.9.8 and
   let us know if anything else doesn’t work as expected, we’ll be glad to help.

 * hi!
   just to be sure you were doing correct stuff.
 * in the field related to the third image you need to enter the Chat ID which represents
   your Telegram ID.
   For doing it you have to open a conversation with the bot you
   previously created and send the text /get_id .
 * if you encounter some issues with the command /get_id it could depends on different
   things, can you check your PHP error log?
 * Keep us updated

   it is only used for tracking plugin installations, if it violates WordPress.org
   regulations (which has never been reported before), I can remove it.

 * Hello,
    Could you be more clear about the generated error output, possible errors
   and installed PHP version? You could try to check your error logs and let us
   know something.
 * Thanks

 * [@alikit](https://wordpress.org/support/users/alikit/)
    It is very strange this
   behavior. Yours are the first reports of a general slowness in the backend area.
   Are you really sure it depends on this plugin? From what I’ve seen I didn’t notice
   anything that can break down the performances. The only sections that might be
   affected should be Login procedure and Plugin Settings.
 * Still continue to investigate.
    Best regards.

 * Hi Yordan,
 * I thank you for appreciating my plugin and for making it usable even to those
   who speak Spanish 🙂 .
    Thanks also for the report you made to me, I have created
   a new version fixing the bug.
 * Unfortunately my work does not allow me to follow the project too much, but I
   think there are many other interesting features to develop.
    I’m looking for
   other passionate developers who want to expand with me the plugin and make it
   better. If you’d like to be part of the team, you’d be welcome.
 * p.s: if you want you can leave a review of the plugin, this will allow us to
   grow it 🙂

 * We’ll check the plugin in older WP versions.
    In any case, we recommend you using
   a newer version of WordPress.
 * Thanks.
