 * lydiamann & mhentges, What size is your backup file? I think I found a workaround
   for backing up the entire website by splitting up the backup in sections. A complete
   backup would be preferred but for now this works.

 * So far I figured out that I receive notification emails on new comments on posts
   but not on pages.

 * Ah ok, no problem. Thank you for the quick reply. I found a solution by creating
   a 1x1px transparent .png file in photoshop and choose that as the image instead.

 * Sorry, the [wp-invoice] shortcode does not work at all on any of my pages. the
   two other shortcodes works fine (lookup and history).
